Our online store is available in Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and in EU countries. Orders will be shipped the next business day before 2:00 p.m. If the order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/sms from our GLS courier service with the corresponding tracking number.

Returns
If after your purchase you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to request a free return.
To proceed with the return of an item, you must request it by sending an email to info@suritastudio.com indicating the following information:

Order number.
Phone number.
Email address (must be in use to be able to contact you and send you the next steps).
Items you want to return.
The products cannot be used, worn, washed or damaged and must be returned with all the labels and in their original packaging.
