Our online store is available in Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and EU countries. Orders will be shipped the following business day before 12.00 am. If you have placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll process your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email/sms from our GLS courier with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

- Email address (it must be in use, in order to communicate with you and send you the next steps).
- Items you want to return.
Products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and must be returned with all the tags and in their original packaging.
